Many clients do not realize travel advisors charge service fees for them to plan and book travel but to also be a personal concierge throughout the entire planning and travel experience. We possess a wealth of knowledge to help create a magical experience however a lot of time is left unpaid. A travel advisor is paid by the supplier through a commission, so if you cancel your trip or do not fulfill the responsibilities of your planned trip, we are not compensated. Fees help to compensate for our time spent planning your dream getaway!

Initial Consultation & Planning Fee
$100

Flight planning and booking not included.

Extra people: $15 each

You will receive a 30 minute complimentary consultation to discuss your travel plans.

Flight Planning/Booking
$100 per person

Service fee for each roundtrip ticket; covers research and booking of your requested airfare.

Groups
$15 per person for groups larger than 5.

US Based Cruises
$100

For cruises that originate and end in the United States.

Excursions will also be planned and booked for the client and joining guests.

International Cities $299
Planning and booking of international cities up to 8 nights, which includes activity planning.

Please note that booking and planning flights is not included in this price and an additional $100 fee/per person/per roundtrip flight will be assessed.

European Cruise Travel $200
This is included for any European cruise along with unlimited excursion planning for each cruise.

Flight Planning/Booking $100 per person
A fee of $100 will be charged for each roundtrip airfare booked with agent.

Group Planning $50 per person over 6 people.

Requirements of Travel (Free Consultation) $0
We will provide you with pertinent government information for documents, visas, and vaccinations relevant to your trip.

Please note - We are not required to assist in obtaining the required documentation needed for requested travel.

Cancellation Fee

We will charge a cancellation fee of 15% of the TOTAL booking amount; this does not include fees charged by the supplier for any cancellations.

Clients need to obtain travel insurance to cover potential losses or penalties resulting from cancellation provided by the supplier.
